JoJo Polk - Vote Now!

Vote for JoJo Polk for the 2017 Bee Ball Court and join us at the 9th Annual Bee Ball on May 6th!

JoJo Polk is a Kansas native who has called Raleigh home since 2008. He is the owner of CORE Fitness Studio and a former professional athlete with more than eight years of experience in the fitness industry. From 2001 to 2009, he played arena football for the Grand Rapids Rampage, Columbus Destroyers and Georgia Force. He was awarded Most Inspirational Player after a neck injury left him paralyzed from the waist down in 2000. With the same hard work and dedication he instills in his clients, JoJo made a miraculous comeback to not only play again, but also to win an arena championship!
When he's not at the gym you can find JoJo supporting his wife at a cycling event, helping his daughter create hilarious YouTube videos and breaking out his best 80's and 90's dance moves. He also helps to plan and emcee The Big Muddy Challenge, a family oriented fitness challenge he co-created in 2013.
JoJo’s enthusiasm for healthy living is contagious and he's very passionate about building a healthy community both physically and mentally in Raleigh. He's very excited to be raising money for the Beehive Collective's 2017 Giving Theme: Health and Healthcare.
